Ard Consulting is your resource for property planning and development in the 'City of Seattle'. We are a Seattle based company that has been navigating the permitting process through the Department of Planning and Development (DPD) since 2001. We specialize in the Seattle Land Use Code, property feasibility and project permitting. We will also work with your civil engineer/architect to obtain permits from DPD and/or the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT).
We will take your site and confirm the building allowances and then take your construction plans and obtain the permits necessary for your company to begin developing. We concentrate on the day to day issues of the permitting process so that you may remain focused on building.

Brittani Ard is the chair of the Seattle Builders Council with the Master Builders Association. She will hold this position until the end of 2010. If you are interested in becoming a member please contact her. The Seattle Builders Council is focused on helping the building community politically and professionally.
